Mumbai ka Dabba now in Delhi !

Tamra, a personal favourite in Delhi NCR , is always a safe option to dine at with either friends/family/date. What makes it special? It is the sprawling space overlooking a beautiful park, warm service, great food (especially Indian) and yes, their buffet is one of the most extensive making it value for money.

Apart from the regular buffet and fixed menu, Tamra has a special food festival for its patrons  – NEW DESI DABBAWALA MENU WITH INTERNATIONAL FLAVOURS

Key attractions:

  • A Dabbawala’s cycle at the entrance for your welcome
  • An actual Dabbawala dressed up like a maharashtrian with his cycle to service your table
  • A large range of dabbas to select from including Mera Gaon Mera Desh (Puran Singh ka Kukkad, Kadi Pakoda, Sadha Chawal), Shudh Shakahari (Tawa Champ, Kairi ki Dal, Pulao), South ka Dabba (Andhra Fish Curry, Koi Vepudu, Pori), Desi Chineez (Chilly Chicken, Vegetable Manchurian, Fried Rice), Phorner Dabba (Baked Macaroni, Grilled Chicken, Ratatouille, Garlic Bread), Thailand ka dabba (Chicken Krapow, Vegetable Green Curry, Jasmine Rice) to name a few.
  • Brightly coloured aluminium tiffin boxes (dabbas)

Each Dabba is priced at INR 1100 and is sufficient for a person! Btw…you can select from Shikanji/masala cola/banta to go with your meal.

We went in for 3 dabbas and trust us, it was a delight to eat out of tiffins! The taste of each and every dish was typically ‘desi’ and our favourite was the Fish Curry in the South ka Dabba along with Masala Cola ❤
