K3 , a restaurant at JW Marriott in New Delhi is known for its extensive buffet with food from 3 different cuisines: Indian, Italian and Oriental. Adding another feather in their hat, they have a new masterchef , Chef Oliver, specializing in flavors from NORTHERN PROVINCE OF CHINA.
K3 is celebrating this with a 10-day long festival with authentic delicacies and flavours from the Northern Province of China through an extensive menu showcasing his culinary repertoire.
You can enjoy these dishes as part of the regular buffet at K3 (dinner only) from Thursday, 11th May to Sunday, 21st May 2017 at INR 2750++ per person

Cong You Jun (Assorted Mushroom Salad), Zhu Tong Fan (Bamboo Rice), Shui Jian Bao (Pan fried Bao with choice of veg or non-veg stuffing), Hong Shao Dou Fu (Beijing style tofu and shitake mushroom), Bai Zhan Ji (Chicken with ginger spring onion), Yu Xiang Ji Pian (Stir fried chicken with yuxiang sauce) among others from the daily rotational menu.
