This ‘Madaari’ can make any monkey groove ;)

Last week was the first time we visited a place North Delhi and it turned out to be a good experience.

The ambience was low/dimly lit giving a feel of a lounge.

A 3D big lion, monkeys and other animals adorning the walls. Peppy and loud music apt for a lounge. Summing up this place had a typical ‘Madaari’ look and feel to it.

Service was quick and few staff members were always there to manage us. 👍👍

{} Drinks {}

  • Virgin Pina colada : This place is doing something unique with mocktails and that is a rare sight. This was good.
  • Oreo Brownie Shake : It was a customized shake prepared by the bartender. Was thick and fully of good taste like how it should be. liked it! 👍

{} Snacks {}

  • Baby honey chilly potato : So beautifully presented in a ball like shape! 😍 Taste wise, it was too sweet. Tell the server your preference if you like it spicy.
  • Dahi kebab : Though we are big fans of Dahi kebab, it was not up to the mark. Hence, avoid
  • Zurd gulani Tikka : It’s a non veg (chicken) snack served and dipped as a whole in mint chutney. Was really good.
  • Chilly Fish : It was just 5 on 5. So flavory and heavenly. I loved it! 😍

{} Main Course {}

Among the main I tried out their –

  • Butter Chicken
  • Mutton Rogan Josh
  • Dal Makhani
  • Veg Biryani

All three were superb in taste except the Veg biryani as it was little bland.

{} Desserts {}

  • Moong Dal ka Halwa
  • Brownie with Vanilla ice cream

Desserts has always remained our favorite but here, we didn’t like them much. Though brownie with Vanilla ice cream was average in taste, moong Dal ka Halwa wasn’t good at all.

Overall, it’s a good place with beautifully designed decor, delectable food (except few ones), special mocktails and pocket friendly prices.

Give it a try here if you are in North Delhi 👍
