A grand place boasting of a pretty walkway and striking chandelier inside. The private dining room at the far end is where we plan to dine the next time we are here ! Good Job Mr. Jiggs Kalra!
We were here to try the Chef Special Menu that consists of 19 courses! No need to rub your eyes, you read that right! Read till the end though.
Service was spot on and we weren’t kept waiting for the next course for even a minute. All our courses were done in 1.5 hours. Served with a smile and in-depth knowledge of the dish, the origin, the ingredients and the history behind it. Quite impressive.
CHEF SPECIAL MENU:
Mushroom Chai, Galouti with sheermal, Deconstructed Samosa and Farmer’s staple,Naga Pork and Madur Vada and Clear Sambar were few of our favorites from the entire menu (Pictures below)
Your meal will definitely be incomplete without the Ashen Kulfi and Jalebi Cavier in the end.
Surprisingly , even after the bite-sized 19 courses, we didn’t leave the place feeling bloated. Depending on the appetite, this could be good for some and bad for some 😛
