Arabian Nites open in Gurgaon!

An almost 26 years old food chain of Delhi, Arabian Nites, has finally set foot in Gurgaon,Delhi NCR and we had a chance to visit this place recently!

Arabian nites in Vasant Vihar,South Delhi, has been serving lebanese food since so many years and has loyal customers. This launch has come as a pleasant news for delhiites who have moved to NCR in the past few years.

The reason for this is simply the taste of the food and the reasonably priced dishes. Unlike the others, this branch has a proper seating where you can lounge around and enjoy some lebanese. A very neat, clean and attractive little joint in super Mart one with white walls and upholstery offset by picture frames. The best part is the open chicken where you can see your chicken and shawarma being cooked. This surely helped increase our hunger.

We ordered the Shawarma, Grilled Chicken with Khubuz,Baba Ganoush and Hummus.

Grilled Chicken: When I saw it being cooked through the open kitchen’s glass window, I knew I was in for a treat. This turned out quite juicy ! This is ideal for health freaks. High in protein yet tasty and with less spices.

Chicken Shawarma: Unlike most, this one wasn’t oily and that’s what I found best about them. Oily shawarmas make you feel really guilty after a few bites. It was super lavishly stuffed with chicken, tomatoes and onions.Well, the place is owned by a person who is himself a health freak so you can be rest assured from that angle 🙂

Hummus and Baba Ganoush: Hummus had a good lemon zing in it and tahini was apt. Baba ganoush was a nice dip with my chicken but I think this could be just a tad bit more thick. taste was nice.

Overall, I think this place is all set to take on the Gurgaon food scene cause the taste is good, prices are decent and everything is so healthy! Kudos!
